Cypress Chapel is a body of believers and disciples of Jesus Christ who seek to follow His direction and mission through worship, home gatherings, and rhythmic patterns of service and involvement in our community. The central focus of our ministry is relationships – with God, with other Christians, and with people who do not yet know Jesus.

LINC is a mission of the Texas district of the LCMS that exists to share the gospel via the Lutheran church with individuals in different contexts in Houston.  In a variety of languages and settings, LINC is bringing the good news to those who need to hear it.  Additionally, St. John members have had opportunities to share with LINC congregations ...

Two lives changed ministers to young mothers in the greater Houston area.  This includes material support for mothers and their children as well as spiritual care.   We generously support TLC from our weekly offerings.

St. John is proud to direct all proceeds from the tons of trucks event to the CAM food pantry. The Texas district of the LCMS makes sharing the Gospel throughout the state a priority through ongoing ministry to its member congregations and an emphasis on Church planting.   We generously support the Texas District of the LCMS from our weekly offerings.

Millions of people are without Scripture in their own language. Lutheran Bible Translators has partnerships on the continent of Africa, the Middle East, Papua New Guinea, Southeast Asia, and the United States, working towards Bible Translation, Deeper Engagement, and Greater Capacity.  LBT brings the Word of God to people who do not have it written in their own language. We generously support LBT from our weekly offerings.
