Confirmation Classes

7th and 8th grades have Confirmation class on both Sunday Mornings at 9:45 and Wednesday nights during Wednesday Night Live. The topic is first presented on Wednesdays and then a little take-home work is assigned to be discussed on Sundays. For more information about enrolling in our Confirmation class, please contact Jessica Albers. We also have several fun and fellowship events throughout the year open to all 7th and 8th graders!

7th Grade Class

Knowledge and Relationships; Faith and Experiences; these are aspects of our Confirmation journey and they all hold exciting opportunities for the youth and adults involved.  Confirmation is a Rite of the Church where an individual acknowledges their baptism and professes the Christian faith God has given them.  This is preceded by a designated time of instruction for growth and certainty in the Christian walk of life.  This first year sets a strong foundation focused on the Bible, Luther's Small Catechism and more.

Building on the previous year's instruction, we dive deeper into discovering scriptural truths and their application to our lives here on earth and beyond.  Through this process we become more knowledgable and confident in our profession of the Christian faith as we live to love God and love one another.
