Serve at St John
Serving is faith at work. At St. John we have many ways to serve, get connected, and live together. Join our AV team, Worship Welcome Team, Choir, or any other of dozens of ways to serve God and others. At St. John, we don’t serve in a vacuum. We serve alongside others and grow together.
What We Believe
This is how we view God, Jesus, the Bible, man, and many significant aspects of our faith. Firmly rooted in Scripture, the beliefs of St John Lutheran guide our decisions as a church. The Father
Creator of all that exists, loves and seeks to bless His people. We desire to live under Him in His kingdom.Jesus Christ, the Son
Who became human to suffer and die for the sins of all human beings and to rise to life again in the ultimate victory over death and Satan. The Holy Spirit
Who creates faith and guides us into all Truth Through God’s Word and Sacraments. The Trinity
The three persons of the Trinity are coequal and coeternal, one God in relationship with each other for all eternity. The Bible
The Bible is God’s inerrant Word. It was written by human authors under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit. The Gospel
Jesus is the only source of true healing available to humans. God desires only that all people would come to faith in Jesus as Lord and Savior and be healed through His mercy.Sin
Every person has made mistakes that have hurt God and others. No one is perfect. But it goes deeper than that, to our very core, each of us is broken and in need of healing.Baptism
In Baptism God gives us His gifts of the forgiveness of sins, salvation, and eternal life. We have a special baptism Sunday on the last Sunday of June. If you'd like to be baptized during this celebration, click below.More
