Students at St John

In student ministry, we strive to lead students to become passionate followers of Christ. By partnering with parents and trained leaders, our mission is to teach and inspire the next generation to be founded in their faith and confident in their Creator. Through regular Bible study and small group gatherings, we encourage students to walk boldly towards Christ, apply His truth to their lives, and develop strong, life-changing relationships with the God of the universe. Senior High

9th -12th grade
Sunday Mornings:  Sr. High students meet on Sunday mornings in the Youth Room, inside the CLC (gym building) from 9:45 to 10:45. 
 

Wednesdays:  Sr. High students have their own program during Wednesday Night Live!  Food starts at 5:45.  Bring $5 for food.  Bring a first-time friend and both you and your friend eat free.   Then there is fun, games and music followed by a Sr. High breakout session.  Done at 7:30.  .  September - November and January - Ash Wednesday.

5th and 6th graders

5th & 6th graders have their own special program on both Sundays and Wednesdays!  On Sundays, meet at 9:30 a.m. in rooms 203 and 205, upstairs in the CLC (gym).  On Wednesdays, come to Wednesday Night Live with food starting at 5:45. Bring $5 for the meal.  Bring a first-time friend and both you and your friend eat free. Then there are fun, games and music followed by 5th and 6th grade breakout session.  The evening concludes around at 7:30.

Wednesday Night Live

every Wednesday

A high energy night of learning, connecting, growing and worship for 5th - 12th graders in the youth room and CLC.  It starts with family dinner at 5:30, followed by music and fun. We have classes for 5-6th graders to help prepare them for Confirmation, confirmation classes for 7th and 8th grade, and breakout time for 9th - 12th grades. It's over at about 7:30.

Wednesday Night Live is now out for the summer - see you in the fall!

Confirmation Classes

7th and 8th graders
Students in 7th and 8th grade have Confirmation class on both Sundays at 9:45am and Wednesdays during Wednesday Night Live. Registration is now open for both grade levels along with the resources needed (purchase if necessary). Click the registration link to sign up.  For more information, please contact the church office. In addition to great learning opportunities, we also have several fun, fellowship events throughout the year open to all 7th and 8th graders!
