Week 3 – April 21 – Peace

“Peace” is all over the Bible. It fills our prayer requests. It’s part of our everyday language, and it’s the desire of many nations throughout the world. But what does the Bible say about peace and what is the root that drives peace truly? It may actually not surprise you, but it will definitely change the way you consider peace as you seek it with Jesus! This Sunday we’ll dig into God’s plan for peace within a world filled with envy, anger and so much more.

Week 2 – April 14 – Anger

Anger isn’t a sin in and of itself, but unchecked it can quickly hurt others.  Jesus said that when we are angry it can be the same as murdering someone.  It is an issue that must be dealt with.  Fortunately, The Bible contains the most brilliant advice for dealing with anger.  God teaches us where our anger comes from and how to deal with it – productively.  If you miss this one, you’ll be angry with yourself! 

Week 1 – April 7 – Envy

Envy and anger are secondary emotions that sabotage the shalom peace that God wishes for us.  In this series we will explore the primary emotions behind envy and anger and above all, we will move into God’s shalom peace.  Admit it, you need this.
